FOR USING a mini-bus without a public service licence Mr. Lucas Price of West Norwood was fined 10s. by Woking magistrates. It was stated that eight passengers in the vehicle with Mr. Price were friends whom he picked up on his way to work.
It was alleged on behalf of the Traffic Commissioner that these people contributed to the cost of using the vehicle.
Mr. Price was fined a further 10s. for using the mini-bus without a road service licence. He was also ordered to pay £4 12s. 6d. costs.
