Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Institute of the Furniture Warehousing and Removing Industry has decided that its schools and courses should be freely available to all removal personnel irrespective of whether or not their employers are members of the National Association of Furniture Warehousemen and Removers. Accordingly, and in line with the new training scheme of the RTITB, the Institute would welcome inquiries concerning membership or training facilities from anyone within the furniture removal industry.

Another development is that the longestablished "February School" organized by the Institute for Junior Management is now to be a residential course. This year's course is being held from February 19 to 23 inclusive in London and is intended for management at junior and intermediate level.

The closing date for applications is January 31 and enrolment forms and further details can be obtained from the Course Administrator of the Institute at 39 Victoria Street, London, SW I.
