A PRELIMINARY public hearing into the Hixon level crossing accident (CM, January 12) is to be held by Mr. E. Brian Gibbons, QC, at 2 p.m. on January 29 in the Council Chamber, County Council Offices, Stafford. At this hearing applications may be made for representation at the main hearing, the date of which is to be announced.
