Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Mansfield-based Maurice Hill Transport was at the centre of a tragic incident last week when a car driver committed suicide by ploughing into one of the company's lorries.

On 10 February Maurice Hill driver Simon Cassettari was approaching Blackpool on the Yeadon Way when an oncoming Vauxhall Astra accelerated and rammed into his truck.

The car driver, Frederick Dowling. was killed instantly.

It emerged later that Dowling had had an argument with his wife over an arson incident at their home in Birmingham and had abducted their seven-yearold daughter Amber.

Dowling left her at Blackpool police station where he told officers to look after her before driving off. The Maurice Hill vehicle is understood to have been the first truck Dowling came across. Maurice Hill transport manager Tracey Hill says: "The police say this is the most clearcut incidence of suicide they have seen."

The truck, which has been examined thoroughly, is now back at the company after being given a clean bill of health.
