Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• An application, objected to by the RHA, was adjourned by Western LA, Mr J. R. C. Samuel-Gibbon, in Bristol this week to allow time for the applicant to become discharged from bankruptcy.

The application, by Mr G. F. Harding, of Frome, Somerset, had already been adjourned in June last year and refused for non-attendance at a public inquiry in September. A licence for 11 vehicles including seven to be acquired was applied for. Mr Harding said that all debts had been settled and he was now in consultation with a trustee in bankruptcy to finalize the tax liability which should be completed within 30 days.
