Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Norbreck Hydro, North Shore, Blackpool, is to be the venue for the RHA Tipping Functional Group's fifth annual convention, from Friday April 23 to Sunday April 25.

Mr W. Farnorth, secretary of the North Western (Eastern) RHA area, confirmed this with CM this week.

It was from Mr Farnorth's office in Manchester that the first tippermen's convention was planned in 1967 to be centred at Buxton. Derbyshire, where until this year it has always been held, largely because of the proximity of suitable quarries in which demonstrations of the latest machinery and equipment could be held. -The change to Blackpool does not mean, say the organizers, that there will be any less practical demonstration and special efforts are being made to provide facilities for the exhibition of mechanical capabilities.

Mr Farnorth told CM that "Because of the postal strike we are at least one month behind in sending out reservation forms".
