Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

pincer spot gun produced by A.R.O. Machinery Co. Ltd, is that it is I5 per cent lighter than the model it replaces. Weight has been saved by using a more compact transformer (producing 8,000 to 9,000 amp. in short-circuit at not less than 2-2V—this being the current necessary to weld two 20 s.w.g. mild steel sheets together with a weld time of 8 to 20 cycles). Fluted castings at each end of the transformer also reduce weight. An improved, ring-shaped hooking device is also incorporated, other specifications and the price remaining the same.

Made by: A.R.O. Machinery Co. Ltd., 190 Casteinau, London, S.W.13.
