'WALSALL Corporation has accepted the tender of Mr. W. V. -Weston for the supPly of a Beau lorry.
NEweonr (I.O.W.) Corporation has postponed for the present a proposal for the purchase of a motor lorry for the highways department.
The tramways committee of the BRADFORD Corporation is to obtain tenders for a 50-cwt. motors-an for use in the parcels department.
The markets committee of the BRADFORD Corporation recommends the purchase of a Morris-Commercial 30-cwt. tipping wagon for the removal of refuse from the various markets, at an estimated cost of £360.
At a recent meeting of ROTHERHAM Corporation it was decided to dispose of five 20-seater buses purchased in 1924 because their seating capacity is inadequate for present requirements. Five Bristol buses will be bought to replace them.
