Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GOODYEAR HAS clinched a deal to supply Daf Trucks with Fuelmax and Kmax tyres for line fitment on Euro-6 versions of its LF, CF and XF ranges. Operators still have the option of specifying alternatives from Michelin, Continental or Pirelli but otherwise the standard default brand is Goodyear, with Fuelmax and Kmax replacing the previous

generation of Goodyear's long-haul and regional tyres. Fuelmax will be fitted where fuel efficiency is top priority, typically on the XF; more buyers of LF and CF models may choose Kmax if they consider tyre life counts for more.

Goodyear mounts tyres on rims for a range of European truck and trailer manufacturers at its Luxembourg Mounting Centre. Tyres — not just Goodyear's — are mounted and inflated at a rate of four every minute and then delivered to manufacturers as complete assemblies in sequenced order, direct to the line-side on a just-in-time basis.

Boris Stevanovic, Goodyear Dunlop European marketing director for truck tyres, said: "We have worked with Daf for years developing products to enhance its vehicles' performance. The Kmax and Fuelmax tyres being supplied as original equipment mean that operators who buy these trucks can benefit further from the high mileage and low fuel consumption that our new tyres offer."
