Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• CM is taking a festive break, returning on 2 January 2014. But fear not, in its absence there will be a daily update of articles on commercialmotor. corn, should eating and drinking our own body weight prove too much during the festive season. Look out for our daily pick of the best investigations and interviews from the magazine this year, the best YouTube dips, the 10 best CM covers, and our region-by-region look at this year's Traffic Commissioners' Report.

• Police in Scotland are investigating a case of alleged fraud against international haulage firm RA Executive Freight. While MD Richard Allan declined to comment, it has been referred to a national fraud reporting centre. A local newspaper said the fraud may have been committed via a phone call scam to the firm, which has an Aberdeen operating centre. A spokeswoman for Police Scotland told CM that the RA Executive Freight incidents were reported on 17 September and were committed between 4 and 17 September.

• AB Produce has taken delivery of 10 Euro-5 Volvo FH500 6x2 Globetrotter XLs. The Measham, Leicestershirebased firm will use the vehicles to deliver prepared vegetables to UK food distributors. The Classics were chosen over the new Volvo FH as the slightly smaller grille enables the company to add logistics division to the front of its vehicles. The trucks will be serviced by Volvo Truck and Bus dealership Hartshorne Group in Burton, Staffordshire, which supplied the vehicles.
