Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PALLETWAYS HAS reassured customers that service levels will not be affected after Essex haulier and network member Specialised Pallet Transport (SPT) went into administration.

The Braintree company bought the business and assets of Steve Prince Transport in a pre-pack deal after the latter went into administration in November 2012.

However, it struggled to make a profit and succumbed to the same fate in September.

Administrators from Carter Clark said SPT will continue to trade through its administration. Most of its staff remain employed, but the company is expected to be dissolved. The temporary continuation of the firm has been aided by a business continuity agreement with Palletways, which has provided funding for ongoing trading.

A Palletways spokesman said: "SPT provides an excellent service to Palletways and we will be supporting it through this difficult period. Customers can be assured that these challenges will not affect service levels or coverage."
