North Western and Welsh traffic areas Warrington
C&R CIVIL Engineering, based in Preston, will make a new application at a PI on 20 December.
API ON 20 December will look at disciplinary action against Harrisons Plant, based in Preston. The repute of the transport manager will also be discussed.
JT LEYLAND, based in Milnthorpe, will submit a variation application at an inquiry on 23 December. Disciplinary action will also be considered.
TTW LOGISTICS, based in Worcester, will make a new application at a hearing on 6 January.
ON 7 JANUARY a PI will look at disciplinary action against Shadlock Skips, based in Rossendale.
CHORLEY-BASED Trucking Services will appear at a hearing on 8 January. Disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be considered.
ASCROFT RENTALS, which is based in Preston, will submit a new application at a PI on 8 January.
THE TC WILL look at disciplinary action against Green Waste, based in Carlisle, at a hearing on 9 January. The repute of the transport manager will also be up for discussion.
