Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ Andover Trailers has produced a 33-tonne payload, 15mlong tilting trailer, which it says is ideal for recovering brokendown trucks and particularly coaches.

The deck of the step-frame trailer lifts on hydraulic rams to an angle of 7.5°, while the air in the rear axle suspension is dumped, providing a shallow slope for a vehicle to be winched on board. This is much better for monocoque-frame coaches, which can be damaged if towed while suspended from the back of a standard recovery truck, says Andover sales director Ivan Collins.

One of the trailers has gone into service with Never Despair Garage of Basingstoke, run by Cranstone & Son Recovery.
