Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A 12m (39ft 4in) long push-out trailer which is claimed to discharge 50cum (65cuyd) of tightly compacted waste in two minutes has been announced by Anchorpac.

It has a steel reinforced body, constructed to withstand high pressures, and loading is through an outer rear door, fitted with a separately hinged inner section which remains closed during the transfer operation to prevent spillage. The outer door can be equipped with automatic opening and closing mechanism. Once filled the trailer transports the compacted load to the disposal area where both rear doors are swung open and the six-stage telescopic ram is automatically activated.
