Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Three luxury coaches from NBC subsidiary companies last week demonstrated a further step in the process of integrating adjoining companies while retaining their separate identities. The coaches were from the Royal Blue fleet (controlled by Western/Southern National), Grey Cars (controlled by Devon General) and Greenslades Tours, all based in N BC's South West region.

Sheer simplicity of design—a, broken white livery with a waist band in the colour of the individual company—together with an identical modern style of lettering (micro gramma bold extended) has been employed. The bands are blue (Royal Blue), grey (Grey Cars) and green (Greenslades). The Royal Blue livery is to be extended to all Western National coach operations, including excursions, tours and private hire, in addition to express services.
