Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A 16-year-old boy has been in court charged with arson after a E100,000 fire at the Swinton depot of Lancashire United Transport.

The boy, who appeared at Eccles Juvenile Court, was remanded in custody.

As the fire destroyed buses and the roof of the garage shift, hands and foremen rushed to save 20 other buses parked for the night at the depot.

But they could not save two single-decker buses or prevent damage to another two. The fire was discovered after workers at the garage smelled burning and investigated. But it spread quickly and local streets were closed to allow firemen easy access to the blaze.

Now, the road outside the garage will stay closed until experts have examined the structure of the garage to make sure it is safe.
