AN unusual situation between rail and road occurred at an inquiry held by the Ministry of Town and Country Planning at Bradford, last week, when Mr. L. T. Hutchinson, of Higher Eldwick, Bingley, appealed igainst Bradford Corporation's refusal to allow him to establish a bodybuilding works at the disused railway station it Esholt.
