Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Logistics group Exel is to create a further 200 jobs in the West Midlands after winning the national distribution contract for upmarket retailer Selfridges.

15,000m2 distribution centre at Hams Hall in Warwickshire will replace Selfridges' existing In-house operation in Paddington, London from early next year.

The five-year multi-million pound contract comes a month after Exel announced It was creating BOO Jobs in the West Midlands after winning several new contracts including ones with Safeway and Littlewoods.

However; Exel says no drivers' jobs will be created from the Selfridges' contract, instead it will be covered by existing fleet capacity.

The centre will service the company's existing stores as well as a new one opening in Birmingham in 2003. David Riddiford, Selfridges' buying and merchandising director, says: "Exel has demonstrated its expertise in managing a complete logistics' service worldwide and we are confident that the company will be able to add value to our business as it continues to grow across the UL"
