Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Graham's of Paisley is to stop its local bus services on 29 April, making all 69 staff redundant (CM 15-21 March).

Strathclyde Buses has registered similar services, which will start on 30 April, and Western Scottish will also operate on Graham's GovanPaisley-Linwood route early next month.

It is not known if the Hawkhead garage site is to be sold; the Graham family might stay in business as coach operators. Their business dates back to the 1920s, and currently runs 31 buses, mostly singledeckers with a few Leyland Atlantean double-deckers.
