Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SHORTER NOV TEST • The Department of Transport is considering prosposals that will make the HGV driving test both shorter and cheaper.

The proposal is to reduce the current HGV driving test fee from £65 to £40 and to make it last 90 minutes instead of 120.

There are also proposals to restructure the PSV driving test, but here the changes would be in the reverse direction. The PSV test would be extended from 75 minutes to 90 and the fee would rise from the current £36 to 240.
