Norfolk police want to contact a truck driver who may have witnessed a high-speed accident on the A45 between Dereham and Swaffham that left an officer dead. The incident happened on 5 September when a marked police car collided with a Mercedes Sprinter van. The HGV driver is only a witness. Contact: Inspector Jeff Anderson on 01953 424242
