Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

company Kalamazoo, has used FleetOutlook for a couple of months to help manage a fleet of 130 vehicles.

She says she likes using the software and has found it useful in helping her to manage the fleet, "Ifs easy to use and I use the additional reports module to keep track of things like leasing costs,' she says.

Bradshaw doesn't allow drivers to update the central records, however "I wouldn't let anybody else handle the database," she confirms. "They could change something and you wouldn't necessarily know."

Overall, however, she still likes the software. "It's still early days but I'd give it nine out of ten," she says.

Margot Murphy, personal assistant to the directors at specialist recruitment provider Laboursite, is also new to the software so new, in fact that she's only just started using it to help her manage a fleet of just over 50 vehicles,

"But I can already see it very handy in helping to flag up MoT dates and things like that," she says. 'We've also got the reporting module so we should be able to see if a vehicle is suddenly costing us more or which common faults crop up.

"To be honest, I realty need to sit down and start using it properly. But I'm looking forward to using it in the day-to-day running of the fleet," she adds.
