Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

in a national newspaper seeking the owner of €130,000 discovered in a container in Dublin Port.

The cash was found on 27 June when Customs officers carried out a search after a nervous driver fled a freight office when asked for his ID. He left without giving any name, or producing documentation for the release of the container he had called to collect.

The bundles of €50 and €20 notes were discovered in airtight and lead-lined crates usually used to block x-rays and more often found with drugs concealed in them.

Judge Timothy Lucey ordered any claimants to attend his court on 25 September, at 10.30am, to claim the cash.

Customs officers will attend the court to see who turns up. If it's not claimed, the money will go into the general exchequer, says the Revenue Commissioners
