• All applicants for new operators' licences in the South-Eastern traffic area will in future be subjected to a fleet inspection and only a limited time will be allowed for preparation. Notice of the examination will be given by recorded delivery to the address on the application form and if the applicant does not make his vehicles available it is most unlikely that his application will be granted.
