Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WITH or without beard, Mr. Ernest Marples, Minister of Transport, will at 12 noon next Friday, September 25, open one of the most important and interesting Commercial Motor Shows for many years, The Show, again at Earls Court, will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day until October 3, except for Sunday, September 27.

Price of admission will be 5s. on weekdays before 5 p.m. and 2s. 6d. after that time; on Saturdays it will be 2s. 6d.

The Earls Court exhibition building is in the angle formed by Warwick Road and Lillie Road in south-west London,

just north-west of Battersea Bridge. The building's own car parks are usually filled early each day by exhibitors and their staff's; the accompanying map shows nearby car parks but these, too, are likely to fill early in the day. The nolice allow parking in some streets adjoining Earls Court (Nevern Sq., for example, is a designated parking area from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) but it is seldom easy to find a space after the early morning rush. The roads outlined in bold on the map are strictly enforced no-waiting areas.

Earls Court Underground, linked to the hall by a subway, can he reached from any station on the London I ransport Underground system. Many outlyin Underground stations have car narks, and the map shows those with spaces for 50 or more cars; but, here again, large parks indicate large demand, and early arrival is obviously desirable. On the other hand, street parking near outlying stations is easier than around Earls Court.

Bus routes serving the exhibition are: No. 30, Roehampton to Hackney. Wick, through Putney. Fulham, us de Park Corner. Marble Arch. Baker Street and King's Cross; No. 31, which runs from Camden Town to Chelsea throtmli Swiss Cottage, Kilburn and Notting Hill Gate: and No. 74, from Camden Town to Putney through St. John's Wood, Marble Arch and Knightsbridge.
