W MCCLURE, TRADING as Parsons, has applied to base 10 vehicles at its site in College Road, Windermere, but must adjust the terms and conditions on its licence to: ● only one vehicle to move before 6am; no movements between 5pm Saturdays to 6am Mondays; ● all vehicles leaving the operating centre must turn right to Ellertwaite Square unless physically impossible; ● the size of all of the vehicles shall be limited to 75-tonne GVW; ● there shall be no illegal parking of vehicles outside the operating centre except in an emergency; ● all washing of authorised vehicles to be carried out within the operating centre; ● all movements from the operating centre to be approved by a supervisor, for safety reasons; ● authorised vehicles returning to the operating centre after 3pm on Saturdays shall park on the south side of the operating centre; ● in any instances where vehicles leaving the College Road operating centre are physically prevented from turning right into Ellertwaite Square, a written record of such a manoeuvre will be kept for a minimum of 15 months from the date of the incident.
