Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Switzerland's width restricted roads by several manufacturers including Daf, Scenic, MAN and Volvo, will soon be no more.

Swiss voters have decided in a referendum to allow 2.5m vehicles on almost all of the country's roads. Although 53% voted for the new law, there was opposition in the Grisons, the largest Swiss district, in which motor vehicles were not even allowed until 1919. Although some narrow mountain passes will still be barred to 2.5m-wide vehicles, it now seems likely that costly derivatives of standard HGV chassis will be built.
