has been refused a new 0-Licence following objections from the Metropolitan Police. Jeffrey Jebb, trading as Jebb Transport of Slade Green, Erith, had sought to renew his fivevehicle licence. Metropolitan LA Air Vice-Marshal Ronald Ashford said that Jebb had been engaged in "significant" fly tipping during 1987/88. Jebb had failed to report any of his convictions, said Ashford, and there was evidence that he had been operating untaxed vehicles. al
