Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Electronics distributor 21st Century Logistics has bought three Leyland Daf 1900 rigids bringing its fleet up to 11. The company was set up in June as part of Dodd's Transport and now has 28 clients in the hitech goods and electronics sector, including JVC and Neff. Operations director David Pink, who left Maywood Haulage to set up the venture, says the sector seems to be remaining buoyant "because of new players using computer systems and new products coming out all the time".

Paint work

• Harris Distribution, part of the Transport Development Group, has won its first contract in the industrial paints sector, with Cromadex, for which Harris will run a 1,4000 dedicated warehouse and two 17tonners.
