• Following its recent success in the 1990 Commercial Motor Livery Competition (410 October), Topmix Mortars last week received another prize for its smart mixers — the Fasson award for the best use of self-adhesive materials. Accepting the cut glass trophy from Fasson's Peter Usher is Topmix Mortars' business development manager Alan Ratcliffe, while CM editor Brian Weatherley (far left) looks on along with Tarmac's Teresa Hawley.
In the CM livery awards Topmix was first in class 2.
