Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• GRP Cooltrucks, the Pudsey-based light refrigerated bodybuilder, is moving up the weight range following its purchase of the Unilever subsidiary Massey International, for an undisclosed sum.

Until now, Cooltrucks has concentrated on bodybuilding for vehicles up to 7.5-tonnes GVW, while Massey has been engaged in producing refrigerated and dry freight bodies for higher weight vehicles.

Cooltrucks chairman Don Rastrick says that the combined operations of both companies are complimentary and will have a joint turnover of around .£7 million per annum. "We wanted (GRP) to enter the larger sector", says Ras trick "but we were restricted by the capacity of our manufacturing plant in Pudsey. The Massey acquisition not only gives us the entry we sought but also positions us amongst the market leaders".

The current Massey name and product line up — including Massey's C Series body range — will continue says Ras trick, as will Massey's Market Weighton manufacturing site and 125 strong workforce.

GRP Cooltrucks will run a combined sales organisation with Massey using both companies' existing sales teams.

Coo'trucks is also intending to open a South of England ser vice depot in the near future to support its vehicles operating in the region.
