AN OPERATOR who use vehicle without an Opera licence has been fined £35 £10 costs by Grays, Es magistrates.
In a letter to the co operator Sidney Thompson that the vehicle was a spare ing used for the day.
When Mr Thompson stopped on the A128 in Esse June 17 he said he thoug legal to use the vehicle as hi licence covered several vehi But the licence in fact did apply to the lorry in quest
