A NEW warehousing and office facility serving the Hertfordshire area is being opened by TDP Express Deliveries Ltd. The company, now comprising 14 vehicles, opened four years ago and specializes in emergency deliveries for the motor and North Sea oil industries as well as European collections and deliveries.
