Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Transletters Ltd, has announced that Transletters self-adhesive water-slide letters are available in packs. Each pack contains a minimum of 72 characters in heights of +in., lin., 1 in., 1;in., and 2in. and in red, white, blue, black and gold, cased in black.

The letters can be applied to van and truck panels, warning signs, information notices, shop signs and so on, the best results being obtained if the surface is non-porous. After soaking in luke-warm water and placing in position with the backing paper partially removed, the letters can be accurately adjusted and aligned. Air bubbles are removed by final squeegeeing which ensures good adhesion. If used outdoors, they are coated with varnish to give protection against the weather.
