The Mountbank Engineering Co. Ltd. of Leeds, maker of the Kole-Bins storage system, is to introduce a unit called the MiniBin. It is described as an even more space-saving and inexpensive container for small parts and components. Made from the same robust corrugated board. Mini-Bins are 6in. long by 3in. by 3in. and in minimum quantities of 100 are only 7d each, or 9d with a coating resistant to moisture and all lubricants. Mini-Bins are delivered flat for easy storage and can be made up in a matter of moments; the patented KoleTab locking system eliminates staples and tapes completely and the bins will stay rigid throughout their life.

The Kole-Bins, which are designed to fit standard 9in., 12in.. 15in., 18in. and 24in. shelves, are still readily available in 14 sizes to a depth of 4÷in. and the usual choice of standard or coated finished. Dividers are available for these bins, which are all produced with a built-in bin-card system providing a ready-made inventory for stock control. Dust-free storage is provided by the Flip-a-Lid range of six sizes.
