Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The SMMT's categorization scheme for articulated vehicles provides a valuable means of ensuring the best possible matching of tractive units and semi-trailers, but some operators may find it rather complicated to follow. Next week Commercial Motor will publish a guide to the scheme, with examples of the way in which it should be applied. Other major features in CM October 25 will be:—

• Part 3 of the guide to 24-hour and emergency service.

• A profile of Noel Wynn, who was interviewed by CM on the eve of the R HA Conference and whose opinions as chairman have a particular importance in such a vital year for the Association and the road haulage industry.

Next week's issue will also contain another in the valuable series "Looking at Licensing", plus news and views and regular features of interest to goods and passenger operators.
