Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN initial order for the conversion of 25 Yugoslav 3-ton lorries to oil engines has been received by F. Perkins, Ltd., Peterborough. This follows the successful installation of a Perkins six-cylindered P6 (V) engine in a Yugoslav T.A.M. lorry as a replacement for the Pioneer petrol engine made by T.A.M.

The conversion proved straightforward, and the vehicle has now been returned to Yugoslavia. It will be the first of the conversions to go into service.
