ANEW company, Park Royal Vehicles, Ltd., has been formed to take over the whole of the share capital of Park Royal Coach Works, Ltd. The directors are: Sir W. W. Wakefield, M.P.. Mr. W. R. Black, Mr. C. Clore. Sir Joseph Napier, Bart.. Mr. H. E. Hill, r.c.A., and Mr. H. C. B. Berens.
