:he chassis price is £495, whilst that the vehicle complete with a platform ly 10 ft. 6 ins, long by 6 ft. wide, and ver's cab, painted and lettered to suit uirements, is £575. A Bromilow and Edwards hydraulic three-way 'tipping wagon is also shown. The tipping gear is friction driven from the flywheel to an oil reservoir containing pumps which operate two lifting rams. Each side or the end of the body can be dropped as required: ,The price of this model cons plete with cab, body and tipping gear comes out at £675.
The third of the vehicles exhibited has a Lomas patent balance side-tipping body. The body is suspended by a bar running from front to rear, and when the catch is released it automatically falls sideways, the side, at the same time, owning to allow the load to drop. The body shown falls to the near side, the operating catch,being on the off side, but this sfstein can be reversed if desired. The balance of the body is such that, afters dropping.theloacl, itican easily be swung back to its normal position. The price of the Traffic truck with Lomas body comes out at £625 complete.
The equipment of each vehicle includes two side lamps and tail lamp, horn and tools. Pneumatic tyres front and rear can be fitted at an additional cost.
