NEWCOMER to the Show is the G.N. 8.7 h.p. business model, atle by Ga.N. Motors, Ltd. of East ill, Wandsworth, S.W.18. This has a irrying capacity of 3 cwt., the tmensions being 33 ins, wide by . ins, long by 16 ins. deep. The box itly is situated behind -the driver's at, and can be easily detached and reaced by an ordinary back with dickey at, transforming the car into la easure model. The dual-purpose G.N. suitable for travellers whose samples re heavy rather than bulky. The engine is a 90 degree,sir-cooled twin, with a bore and stroke of 84 mei. by 98 mm. and 'cable capacity of 1,086 c.c. Lubrication is automatic, by an engine pump from tank, and carburation is by a Sthenos or Capac carburetter: A three-plate dry clutch fated with Ferodo is used, and transmission is through a ball bearang !wag set to a cross-shaft, thence to the back axle by four Itenold. chains.
