am a newcomer to the industy and find the procedure confusing. In 'articular I cannot place the function of Pie Road/Rail Negotiating Committee. las it any statutory power?

However, to enlarge a little, the Road/ leil is an ad hoc committee comprised of 3ritish Rail and road transport operators. 'he committee represents potential objectors o your application and its purpose is to ry to reach a point whereby the terms of your ipplication would meet with no objections ram that source.
But this committee has no statutory power Ind you can only be invited to attend. Like ill invitations you need not accept unless you vish to do so.
