Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SUBSTANTIALLY reduced maintenance costs are claimed for a new mediumsized Master Heater which has been added to the range of portable oil-fired forceddraught space heaters marketed in the UK by W. C. Youngman Ltd. The new model. the B.120, has a heat output of 120,000 B.t.u./hr.. the equivalent of 35 kW., and a heated airflow of 450 ft.3/min. It uses the low-pressure air-aspirated burner system claimed to save more than 40 per cent in maintenance and service costs compared with heaters equipped with a conventional high-pressure system.

The Master 13.120 Heater consists of a stainless steel combustion chamber with an after-burner nose cone constructed within a heavy gauge steel outer casing, which also contains a I h.p. motor driving the fan and fuel-feed system.

It is claimed that all the calorific value of the fuel consumed is converted into useful heat. The fuel consumption of the heater is 0.69 gal./hr.
