TRANSPORT Minister Mrs. Barbara Castle will visit Leeds on November 24 and 25 to discuss traffic, transport, parking and planning policies with the council. Also on her agenda: inspection of modernization at Leeds City Station; opening of new bus garage at Middleton; and tours of the city centre traffic system and part of the inner ring road.
