THIRTY-SIX drivers of the South Eastern Division of British Road Services were presented on Monday with safe-driving awards for 1959 by Mr. T. G. Gibb, chairman and general manager of B.R.S., and Mr. A. J. Wright, divisional manager, in the staff restaurant, City Road, London. Four drivers received awards for accident-free records extending over 30 years. They were: Silver Bar, G. W. Choat, Victoria Park Branch (Contracts), 39 years; Bronze Bars, R. Likeman, 34 years; W. Mortlock, 33 years, both Victoria Park Branch (Contracts) and H. A. Bridge. Eltham (Parcels), 31 years.

A further 10 awards were made to drivers with accident-free records between 25 to 30 years and to 22 drivers from 20 to 25 years,
