It was mentioned by Mr. C. Williams, area representative of the Southern Railway Co., at the annual meeting, at CaLstock, last week, of the growers and others who are shareholders in the Tamar Valley and District Basket and Bormaking Factory, Ltd., that the lorry service for the collection of fruit and flowers, which was inaugurated by the railway company last season, had proved successful, and was to be repeated this year.
