Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

inaccuracy in your 13-19 April issue (Bird's Eye View) regarding the Lucas British National Formula.

Obviously, the BTRA would love to see people just turning up at a race meeting with a trailer attached to their unit and going straight into racing. Of course this is still possible if certain safety regulations are complied with such as roll cages, side-guards, front and rear bumpers, etc. This need not be too expensive and the actual modifications required to a standard British tractor unit are not overly complicated.

If any of your truck-owning readers are interested in truck racing, they should contact the undersigned, c/o Sparshatts of Kent, Unit 10, Eurolink Industrial Estate,

Sittingboume, Kent MEI° 3RN. Copies of the technical, regulations are available at a cost of £20 which includes one year's free ordinary membership of the BTRA. Roger Sparshatt,

Secretary, British Truck Racing Association.
