I Merseyside Travel is inesting 25.5 million in new ehicles this year with the urchase of 65 new doubleeckers and two coaches. This Alows the purchase of 30 ouble-deckers last year.
Forty of the new vehicles re Leyland Olympians; 20 odied by Northern Counties, he rest by Alexanders of Falirk. A fleet of 25 MCW Metobuses are also being deliered as fleet replacements for he Merseybus fleet.
