HENI)RICKSON, the American lorry suspension manufacturer, has acquired :he Brooklands Aviation Group, which owns Norde suspensions. Norde Retarding Systems and Rydewell Suspensions.
The deal was signed in London last week, but Norde ;uspensions will continue to 3perate from its Northamp:on headquarters as an autolomous company within the Hendrickson organisation. [he established Norde name s being retained.
Norde Retarding Systems will remain in Worksop, Notinghamshire.
Hendrickson is re-inforcing ts activities in the UK and Europe at present.
