Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FIVE MEN have been committed to Ipswich Crown Court for trial on charges of stealing and handling a trailerload of cigarettes worth nearly ti400,000.

All five were granted conditional bail by magistrates at Felixstowe.

Three are accused of steal ing trailer from Felixstowe port containing cigarettes worth 089,500 on February 21 or 22 this year (CM March 9).

They are John Enever of Little Bursted, Billericay; Samuel Oldfield of St Osyth; and Leonard Hoath, Southend.

Victor Clarke of Grays; and Robert Clarke of Harold Wood, are charged with retention of the trailer and cigarettes.
