Now the departmental manager takes over:1111 12.30 pm — National Insurance; tax; workman's compensation.

(One hour for lunch) then till 2.30 — health and safety — firm's health policy; accident prevention; fire precautions; procedure in case of illness or accident at work.

Now the general manager takes over:— Till 3.15 — training and opportunities — co-operation — staff committees, staff representation.

Now the assistant manager takes over:— (15min for tea) — then till the finish of the day's training at 5.30 — conditions of employment — staff rules; hours of work; salary and method of payment; holidays and sickness absence: time-keeping and recording.
